Kimbyr Cogliano is a Director of Family and Clinical Services at RethinkCare on both the professional and the parenting solutions teams at RethinkCare. Kimbyr has over 20 years of practical experience supporting those with developmental and intellectual disabilities such as autism, ADHD, and more. Kimbyr has experience working with neurodiverse individuals in various settings including clinical, home, community, workplace, post-secondary educational settings, and supported living and employment settings for adults. Kimbyr conducts workplace consultations for Rethink’s Neurodiversity program where she provides thought partnership and expertise in skill development in the workplace for employees, managers, and supervisors. Areas of focus include social growth in personal and professional settings, time management, attention and focus, motivation, teamwork and collaboration, implementation of workplace accommodations and more.

Kimbyr received a master's degree in applied behavior analysis/autism spectrum disorders and a bachelor's degree in behavioral science, both at Russell Sage College, and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She is also a PEERS certified provider and received her training through UCLA. Kimbyr identifies as Neurodiverse, having received an adult diagnosis of ADHD and Autism.
