Louis Chesney is the Program Director of Neurodiversity at RethinkCare, where he leads the development and growth of the company’s neurodiversity course content and consultation approach. Before joining RethinkCare, he launched and oversaw a hiring program for autistic adults at a global technology company. He also brings firsthand experience with selective mutism, which continues to inform and motivate his work. Louis is the co-author of ECHO: A Vocal Language Program for Easing Anxiety in Conversation, published by Plural Publishing, which supports older children and teens in building confidence in social communication.
