His work has helped expand RethinkCare's reach to more than 150 multinational employers, supporting over 7 million lives across more than 100 countries.

Mike is passionate about helping organizations recognize the business value of supporting neurodivergent talent and caregivers. A frequent speaker and advisor, he has presented to thousands of HR and business leaders on neurodiversity, workforce strategy, and employee engagement, helping organizations build cultures where people can contribute at their highest level. Earlier in his career, he advised the New York City Department of Health on employer resources and communications designed to support businesses and their employees.
